Only real damage will occur is if you lack of breaking power cause you to crash. I would use the slam on the brakes and gravel method to test if all the wheels are working properly. Pull the ABS fuse then find some gravel or sand and slam on the brakes compare how long the skidmarks are. if the spongy corner still can lock up the break you’re pretty OK.
