My gauges will be here thursday but last week, I had it serviced with family. Without the compressor kicking on we weren't able to get all of the ~16 oz in, ended up with about 12 oz in. We were able to pull a solid vacuum on the system, and it hold. The voltage reported in ISTA across the HP sensor is 1.35-1.40 volts. I have a 12v test light but again the circuit is open across the coil, a coil should always have some kind of resistance reading or atleast a path to ground.

I guess a clearer question would be does anybody know why a 3.0l calsonic csv717 coil would not work on a 4.4i calsonic csv717 AC compressor?
