Assuming you have an ATC500 TC (xDrive - LCI) then there is a proper "power divider" oil. The BMW branded product is easiest to obtain (DTF 1) but a few other brands offer a TF 0870 equivalent.

And no, INPA will not perfrom the oil wear reset and clutch recalibration - DIS, ISTA or some third-party tools will.
