Okay. A couple of things you can check. (I'm guessing you don't have the memory option.)

The GM module has a PWR wire that goes through the door jamb connector, X256. F24 is fuse 24 that controls that module. You should be able to inspect that if you think there is a power problem. Another easy way is to just turn on your park lights and see if the pass-door module glows amber--but that won't be completely conclusive.

Lets see if this helps you a little bit. Check each of the connectors being connected properly.
