Spray some good penetrant like liquid wrench. I have a big rod I use with a BFH to get the axle out. If what doesn't work rent axle "puller" tool before you mushroom the axle.

Out of about ten axle out jobs I had two that took over 15 Ton of force to remove. I have tricks I built my own axle push tool from an old rotor.

The rest only took a few hits with 3# hammer.

You do have to remove the hand brake. There are plenty of YouTube.

The 650 should work no problem. Just chisel open the staked on portion.
