Are they getting power?
Do you have power going to the lamps? If so then it's either a short to ground or blown lamps.
If none of the above then it's most likely a fault in your LCM.

Everything above should have a code showing and error, but using a generic scanner could possibly skip over the fault making it look like there are no codes.
