1. I rarely pay attention to the display warnings. I just pull codes with a BMW scanner.
2. You probably have a code 452A which is a warning that BMW technicians are eagerly waiting to bend you over for $4500 to change the DPF filter. It deosnt means it NEEDS to be changed, rather it has reached a mileage that BMW has calculated their dealers need the income.
3. 15x,000 miles?


4. Buy a bmw code reader, foxwell or such. 100-150. Even if you never do the work and are clueless....it will help not getting screwed. How? You will then have a clue.
