I will add: almost exclusively if you start having inner edge wear it's from the outer ball joint/bushing of the aft control arm. A perfect alignment means nothing if your tires toe out 1° every time you brake.

People think the inside edge wears from the camber: they are completely wrong. I drove 70,000 miles with no inner wear at all until my control arms failed. Once that happened the tires shredded in under two weeks!
