I went ahead and replaced the LP EGR cooler plus the EGR Valve #11717807928.
What a bitch pardon my language is to replace. So far this has to be one of the top 5 Pain In the Ass jobs I've ever have to deal with.
Unfortunately, and to my let down the problem is still there. Palmface!
