Is this a bad idea?

I have a nice 2003 Red X5 4.6. Low miles, runs well, a few items to detail out. All in all, it’s a nice X5. I also have a blue 2003 X5 with the 3.0 AND factory stick shift. Again, a solid X5, but not the comfort of the 4.6.

I can pick up a red X5 4.6 , also a 2003 for low cash. I would like to swap out these items to my Blue stick shift X5.

1) Uber comfort 12 way heated seats driver and passenger.
2) Uber nice REAR HEATED seats.
3) maybe a radio or headlights.
4) complete overhead headliner and all the fixins.
5) Maybe the front and rear door cards. They have peanut lights and shades.
6) Possibly both front and rear bumpers
7). Fender flares
8) A few trim pieces that might be in better shape.

HERE IS THE BIG QUESTION.

Is this going to be a coding and electrical snafu?
I’m really wanting to plug-n-play on this stuff.

Yes, I know about the relay for rear seat heat
And a few dash switches, and fuses.

Other than that will this be a complicated mess?
