I recently pulled my 180k mile evaporator and heater core. They weren’t in terrible condition. You’ll mostly want to clean, take care of any steering column issues if you have them, take care of any center console issues if you have them, and have some fuzzy cloth tape (Tesa 51608 on Amazon) handy if you need to re-tape some wiring while you’re in there.
