Aftermarket valve covers

I just replaced the eccentric shaft and actuator in my 2011 X5 with the N55. While I was doing the job I ordered a new valve cover because of the condensation at the back of the cover. I thought it was interesting that it wasn’t throughout, and not really on the oil cap, but all concentrated towards the back of the cover and in the opening that’s part of the PCV. Never had any codes for PCV related things.

Anyways I bought a URO valve cover from rock auto (it was the most popular valve cover so I thought it would be reliable) and it pulls a strong vaccum. The oil cap is suctioned on well. After turning off the engine the vacuum is still maintained. I’m having a hard time understanding what’s going on. It’s throwing code 28A0, throttle valve opening angle absolute pressure intake pipe comparison too high.

Also, does anyone have any luck with any of the aftermarket valve covers?https://photos.app.goo.gl/cRpMxZBkq1XyTr4t5
