That's my usual MO, too ... but I still generally have issues unless I give it a few minutes. Oddly, I've never once had it happen in my '02.
So you think it may be more a function of the pumps than a problem with the car? The only pumps I've
really had consistent trouble with are those darned things with the accordion sheath things on the nozzle.
