Thanks! I bought the car with 101K and it had 169K at the time of engine replacement. It was burning a quart of oil every 400 to 600 miles! Surprisingly the intake valves were actually pretty clean but I couldn't say the same for the exhaust manifolds. One of them had about 50% blockage! I've put about 450 miles on it and will change oil at 1K. Still haven't pushed it after 5K RPM. I did install a colder thermostat but I still have to do the cooler oil thermostat.
