That is the OEM subwoofer for the X5 with DSP. The only way this will work is if you retrofit in the DSP audio system into your X5. See http://www.xoutpost.com/articles.php?...icle&artid=160 for an example of someone that did this. Honestly, you are probably better off going with an aftermarket subwoofer, IMHO.
