Is this plug and play for my X?

I have a 01 with out nav, DSp or this. Does it go under rear seat, or in rear trunk compartment? Is it worth it considering price?

That is the OEM subwoofer for the X5 with DSP. The only way this will work is if you retrofit in the DSP audio system into your X5. See http://www.xoutpost.com/articles.php?...icle&artid=160 for an example of someone that did this. Honestly, you are probably better off going with an aftermarket subwoofer, IMHO.
