This one was only $3K CAD. They are quite easy to find on e-bay in the U.S. but are fairly rare up here in Canada. I had to have this one shipped out from Ontario.
In regards to the depth of field trickery, I am not sure, as this is the photo the previous owner took and sent me before I bought it.
