Hi all,

After some investigation I think I have done it. I will test the new navboot file, but I would like to share with you first what I have done!

1. Downloaded CRC24.exe from the HackTheIbus Yahoo group (first subscribe, etc.):

2. Downloaded NavTweak from the following thread:

3. Extracted NAVBOOT (\V_2\RR\0101\BMWC01S\app_sw\) from the v27.1 image using UltraISO

4. Extracted the Lng_Hollands module from NAVBOOT using NavTweak

5. Opened the Lng_Hollands module with UltraEdit (www.ultraedit.com) and change "Lng_Hollands" to "Lng_Deutsch." with "." being "00" in HEX

6. Saved the Lng_Hollands file, calculated CRC using CRC24.exe and replace the CRC24 HEX values at the end of the Lng_Hollands file with the values from CRC24 - note that CRC24 then says "OK" when you check the file again

7. Replaced the Lng_Deutsch module with the NEW Lng_Hollands module using NavTweak - this now worked (before changing CRC it did NOT work)

8. Replaced the original logo with the BMW logo using NavTweak

9. Saved the new NAVBOOT file

Now I am going to replace the NAVBOOT file in the v27.1 image using UltraISO, I will rename the language files (in V_2/Voices/0502, V_2/language/0103 and V_2/language/0105), and I will try the new v27.1 de2nl image...more news soon!
