Polywatch is one of the recommended products to use for polishing acrylic watch crystals (there are other similar products, but Polywatch is probably the most common brand for use on watch crystals). It does a nice job taking out minor scratches and hazing. I use it regularly on the acrylic crystal of my Omega Speedmaster whenever it gets a scratch.
