Ok so a thirteen year old should be allowed to go to school with her bra strap and thong hanging out because all the guys no longer find this provocative?
Subsequently, when she decides she WANTS to dress provocatively she will just wear the bra with no top, and this is ok too because she is just utilizing her freedom of expression??
