But we get scammed on everything compared to our southern neighbor!
Everything is much more expensive! I just bought a SONY 46XBR2 LCD and it really really hurt me because the final price was like C$2000 more than the States!
You know: 6% GST 7%PST 3% luxury tax AND the hidden taxes/levies/tarifs/enviromental... BS!
Taxes are the reason.
Oh, well we have somethings that they don't have, like free safe injections sites for the drug addicts!
Our government has to pay for those things somehow!
