5D. No question about it.

I would take a bigger sensor of the 5D over the MarkIIn any day.

It will have Less noise and it is almost a full frame (actual) 35mm sensor. I am waiting for something similar that I can afford. Plunking down close to $3K for something I know would be available for less than $1500K in 6 months time does not make sense to me. That is also the reason I sold my 300D and the sale was good. I need a full frame sensor and no crop (crap) factor. You can not go wrong with the 5D. Oh Oh and it is lighter too I think.
