Well here's how you go - remove the plastic unit on the floor next to the CD changer area. Remove two legs of the amp by unscrewing them, so the unit becomes 2 inches less wide. Now the alpine amp will JUST fit into the crevice, verticallly. It is a snug fit that also ensures there is no vibration; i just put in some carpet to make it more snug while not blocking the ventilating fins. Remember, as you try to put it in, you WILL scratch the amp. Small price to pay...

In this install everything is completely concealed, but you will also have to take out the plastic floor cover permanently. The tire cover goes on top, and I have a pull out cargo floor, and nothing shows.
