Almost. The OEM retrofit is pretty easy to do. Your car already has all of the wiring that you need, you just need the key Bluetooth parts and a couple of adapters. Since you have the phone now, your car already has the microphone. So, you would need to add the Bluetooth antenna, ULF module, and eject box (which has the pairing button). Since your car is a 2001, you also need a couple adapter cables to connect to the eject box and the ULF module to your car's wiring. Check out www.bimmernav.com.
