From my experience, the person may screw up the direction of the link. Take a look at the pic and compare to the joint between link and sensor. If that's the problem, reinstall it to the correct position and drive it for 15 mins. It should be fine. And I can tell you that the rear link will NOT lower your X for 1 inch( not even half, maybe 5mm ). The link is useless and the best way to do is lower it thru DIS.
