When you crash your car, it will automatically call BMW Assist centre and report the emergency, with your vehicle type, colour, licence plate, location, and crash data

BMW Assist allows you to send txt messages asking for help from your BMW using the BMW phone system
In many countries BMW Assist is a subscription service, here in New Zealand I do not believe the local BMW dealer offers the service.
Ask at your BMW Dealer if BMW Assist is available in Spain, and what the charges are.
