Industrial Organizational Psychology vs International Business

OK so I have a major issue, I'm currently a psychology major but I keep finding that psychology jobs really don't pay, looking at salary data I have found that WITH a masters degree Industrial Organizational Psychology (the only kind I care about) pays (without a PHD which I REALLY don't want) 40,000-60,000, that here in So Cal does NOT go far and I could far surpass that if I kept working in insurance like I do now, that being said while I'm great at sales (or feel I am) I really want a degree and a job I feel I worked hard to get (sales is experiance based vs college based) so I have always loved retail (still do) and I know I could get a job in retail as a manager etc with an International Business Degree making quite a bit more (85k area) and those discounts too! I just don't know what to do because I love psychology but I don't want to end up with a useless degree AND take a paycut, that is not where I want to be at all and I also know I'm quite smart and If I put my mind to anything I can get a 3.5easy, what do you guys think?
