A bachelor's degree in psych on its ow is pretty much useless in the real world . (I was a psych major.
) I'd imagine that with a masters in org psych you could work in HR or something like it. How about working in HR management for a major retailer, say maybe Saks or Nieman's. If you get a job at Sak's you have to hook up my with with your discount for a Gucci purse she's been wanting. You need to do what you enjoy and what is important to you. I don't think any extra degree is a bad thing. It certainly won't hurt you. It's just up to you to find a good way to take advantage of it.

Yeah I would get a masters in both, I really value education for a variety of reasons, I just know I could be a buyer or store manager for Saks or Neimans (my friend Ryan (same name) just became the store manager for H&M South Coast Plaza with his international business degree, I love psych because it teaches me so much about myself and insecurities etc, but I love retail and how fast paced it is, so either way I'm not losing is how I view it, just can't decide which to nudge in

While money is important from the aspect of providing for your needs it would seem that people who have the most fulfilling lives do what they love,(whatever that is) When you do what you love to do the money will come. So the moral of the story is DO WHAT YOU LOVE and there will be no regrets when the years have passed.

your major should have nothing to do with how much you make unless you are going into a technical field such as medicine or certain part of the tech field.

If you are good at sales, then you are going to earn more money doing that than just about anything else you can do. But as has been said already, do you enjoy it? If so, then stick with that.
