A bachelor's degree in psych on its ow is pretty much useless in the real world . (I was a psych major. ) I'd imagine that with a masters in org psych you could work in HR or something like it. How about working in HR management for a major retailer, say maybe Saks or Nieman's. If you get a job at Sak's you have to hook up my with with your discount for a Gucci purse she's been wanting.

You need to do what you enjoy and what is important to you. I don't think any extra degree is a bad thing. It certainly won't hurt you. It's just up to you to find a good way to take advantage of it.
