I have a very strange problem with my X3.
It's cold here in MN, well it was a week ago , and when I start the car the automatic climate control acts normal , it waits till engine warms up and then starts blowing hot air , at about 80 to 90% of the blower speed.
Well normally in a 10-15 min of driving it suppose to slow down and decrease the temperature of the air coming inside . But it does not happen.
When it's around -20 degrees outside it stays at 80% of the blower speed and air stays VERY hot , my right leg gets VERY HOT, while the left one is freezing ... In fact my right leg gets so hot after 40 min driving, I can still fill slight burning sensation after a few hours.
More then that , once there was about -30 degrees here and the windows on the left side got foggy and then frozen when I was driving in the morning. My right leg was still very hot , but left one cold
I have to set climate control to 61 degrees ( 68 normally ) to stop it from burning my leg.
Took it to the dealer here - Motorwerks, and they although I've explained everything to them - they somehow decided to test air temperature and fan speed while car was in the worm garage , and found nothing wrong. Of course , they didn't drive it and said to me - nothing is wrong with it.

Anyone of you had this kind of problem ? Any clues?
