Your problem isn't different. You have some illegal characters in your address book. As soon as the X5 sees these illegal characters, it stops reading. Start looking someplace after G.

As to reaching your limit, I have over 500 names in mine, more since it counts each phone number as a seperate entry. I don't think you're hitting a limit.

PS the Ipod adapter has the same problem - wouldn't read my playlists with illegal characters, fixed it up and bingo, all lists appear.
