This used to happen to my 2001 E46 325Ci sometimes. What I used to do was shut the car off, remove the key, push and hold the eject button and then power up to car and push and hold the eject button. The CD would come out after I did this a couple of times. I hope this helps.

I just attempted to do this..no luck...
Wagner i will try this too once im off from work..it was working fine...even the CD plays =\
