RADIO-CD stuck inside

the CD is stuck inside the radio..it plays fine. But when i hit reject...nothing happens..then i hit mode it says NO Disc...i hit mode..goes to radio...hit mode again..CD plays..

This used to happen to my 2001 E46 325Ci sometimes. What I used to do was shut the car off, remove the key, push and hold the eject button and then power up to car and push and hold the eject button. The CD would come out after I did this a couple of times. I hope this helps.

thanks, but i think i will take it to the dealer..have them check it out...i still have the warranty..i do have an appt next week...just weird...it works fine but wont eject the CD

Try disconnecting the battery terminal and then reconnecting.

I hope you like the CD that's stuck inside..........it would drive me nuts if a CD I hated got stuck inside. LOL

true...actually i dont like the CD..i spent 30mins tryin to get the CD out during my lunch break..i pulled over..tried to listen to any noise coming from the CD player..nada..seems like nothing was wrong with it..
