Today my wife took the X in because the passenger side mirror was making noise when closing, we have 50,067 miles on the car (we have all the CPO stuff). I was expecting to pay the $50.00 deductible for the work.

Well my wife gets home and tells me Russell replaced the passenger side mirror and motor for free. No deductible. The service manager wrote it off under the OEM 4/50 warranty. Awesome.

Russell BMW has done nothing but be great since I bought the X 3 years ago from their dealership.
