Major props to Russell BMW in MD.
Well my wife gets home and tells me Russell replaced the passenger side mirror and motor for free. No deductible. The service manager wrote it off under the OEM 4/50 warranty. Awesome.  Russell BMW has done nothing but be great since I bought the X 3 years ago from their dealership.

And in fact I wanted them to look at a portion of the back seat leather on the 545 I picked up. They told me "no problem, anything that has to be done will get done under the warranty".
They are officially awesome in my book.
