A word of caution. That event is no longer called Bimmerfest for a good reason.

As a college student and future BMW owner, I believe it was a disgrace to hold such an advertised and much anticipated event without all of the scheduled activities, no representatives from the "Bimmerfest East" group, and no feedback after the event. I would not want their actions to poorly represent your group's name. It's a shame that no one from their website could have offered some sort of reply, $60 is a lot of money to a college student who was only trying to spend some time with his family before going back to school halfway across the country.
