My X5 was at the dealer once BMW of the Hamptons but they told me that if i wanted a loaner car i would had to wait about 23 days, so i told them ok we set a day and they came to pick up the car and left me a loaner on the drive way.. when i got up to go to work and i look out side so see if they picked up the X, guess what i saw on my drive way as a loner car an old beatup ford mercury grand markee it had to be like a 1998 .

what a shit as car, but i was not surprise by that because they REALLY SUCK
from when i started the process of buying the X they where nothing but assholes, the only reason i got the x there is because it had all that i wanted and the price was very good. but i will never buy from them ever and don`t recomend anyone to do so, if in the future i have to pay $5,000 more for the same car at a different dealer i will do it before i go back to them (BMW of the Hamptons ).. and many other people had lots of problems with them.

we all ways had nice loaner and good service from Volvo, Lexus and Acura!
for my next service i`m going to the same dealer that my brother takes his X5 to see how everything works out with them.
