Has your car been sitting for longer then a week??? If so then this could be your problem. When the car is parked for a very long time. Sometimes the pads leave a small indent on the rotors. This can cause squeaking for a little while until the rotors and pads even out. I would suggest the bedding process for a little while and if that doesn't work take it in and get it checked, since it is under warranty. Good Luck
