Hi all relatively New here as I just purchase (07-23) a '04 x5 4.4 with 8600 miles on it. Has PDC, Rear Air, Navi, DSP, Sport Prem Packages, Pana Roof (Gray / black).

Anyway both by Central locking and hazard button appears to be gummed up. Not sure if the previous own spilled something in there or not but its difficult to press. Does anyone know if this is a known issue with these buttons and is it a easy replacement? I'm game to do it but not sure where to start. I'm sure if BMW gets a hold of it, it will be considered "outside of warranty" as they seem to like that response.
