Could not get nav in my 2006 (4.4, no premium pkg)(because I can't fit in a vehicle with a sun/moon roof)(need min 40" headroom) - now would it be better to retrofot a BMW nav or go with a Garmin or Tom-Tom? What models are recommended? Thanks!
