I didn't experience this at any of the dealers I've visted for sales or service. I believe that the advent of the Internet has taken a lot of leverage away from dealers. (Lots of good information sharing.)
The flaw in the "attitude" shown is that one can be extremely wealthy, but still demand good value and good service. Warrent Buffet only recently bought a new Cadillac--after owning another car for quite awhile. (I read this somewhere recently, I think.) Point is, the size of one's wallet does not mean that s/he is predisposed to behave a certain way.
