Interesting: In all the years of having Mac products ( Believe me I mean a lot of years) I have only sent something back once, and been in the store once about a problem. Both times the problems were fixed so quickly i was really impressed. Maybe it's because i'm closer to Cupertino.

Scottie: Good luck finding a laptop. I had an old Toshiba a few years back, it caught fire, Best Buy had no trouble taking it in and giving me a $1200 dollars. (much more than the value). But hopefully they've changed.
