Ok, so I let my girlfriend drive the X5 tonight, (trying to be nice) and no sooner have we left the driveway, then she backs into my neighbors' trashcan. Not much damage, just the painted plastic molding over the rear hatch handle (below the BMW symbol) has broken in two. The "check license plate light" is on and I think one of the bulbs may have been broken. Any idea on the cost to replace the painted plastic molding, light, and resetting the "check license plate light?" Part numbers would also be helpful. If it's any consolation, she feels horrible.
