8/04 Build Assist / BT Retrofit Help

Ok, I'm going for it - going to retrofit my '04 4.4 with the combo BT/Assist module (the new -056 version). Can someone confirm the following for me:

1) The new combo TCU should install in place of my original one in the same location -- no adapter, brackets, etc. needed. Just plug it in.

2) I will need to have the car re-coded after installation. Dealer time on a re-code should be one hour, 1.5 hours Max.

3) I have a Verizon Motorola E815, as does my wife. There is an eject-box snap in adapter available, but SIB 84-13-04 says it's not compatable in '04's due to "wiring incompatability". I believe the only incompatability is that the existing cellular antenna in the vehicle is already being utilized for assist. To work around this, a second cell antenna (roof / window/ bumper mount) could be installed. The only other thing the cradle does is power the phone when it is in the car -- connectivity is handled by the bluetooth link.

4) Am I missing anything important? Thanks in advance for your help!
