Does anyone have experience with a bluetooth car phone system that integrates A2DP (stereo bluetooth) audio streaming to the cars sound system ?

This would enable both bluetooth handsfree and playing your phone's MP3 audio collection to the car's sound.

I believe Motorola produce one such system but not sure how integrated it is with BMW.
