I would'nt count on the car being pre wired mate, if it is you will be lucky, also the nokia kit will have to be powered off when you power up the ULF as the Nokia BT signal will overpower the signal from the ULF (it did with mine).

As far I as can tell the pair button (on its own) is not available from the dealers in the UK, so you either need the cradle or a creative bodge to get the pair button to work.

BTW your ULF is:
84 10 6 969 268 end of life 04/06 7th generation, the 02 at the end is for the BMW parts system (so it conforms to the BMW stock system, (I think))
