I have noticed sometimes that Navcoder will not 'find' the VCP even though the USB VCP has loaded and can be seen in Device Manager. Usually closing, unplugging the USB, reconnecting and restarting Navcoder will get it to work, but it CAN be hit'n'miss sometimes.
