I have to agree that it's a hit and miss with the sales guys as well as service advisors. I guessed it depends on the time of the month you go shopping

In general, my experience has been that Crevier is just average which is still better than the rest of the dealers in the area, which includes Irvine, Sterling in NPB, Shelly, Pacific, Santa Monica, Long Beach, New Century, Assael, Savage, and even BMW of Riverside...all of which I had the displeasure of dealing with at one time or another during my purchasing adventure last year. The thing is, I wasn't even asking for an outrageous deal ($1500 over invoice for a 3.0i)!
I'm not that impressed with Crevier's service either. In order to get a loaner, you basically have to make a reservation 3-4 weeks in advanced. And they always try to hit you for all "5s" on their evaluation. Their works are just OK...nothing to write home about. I remembered I had to return at least 3 times during my running board installation with them because they simply can't put on those rivets correctly (either missing rivets or rivets loosely fitted on). I still can't find an advisor that knows what he is talking about and I keep seeing new faces each time I'm in for service. To this date, I'm still trying to get them to reprogram my alarm such that it will only activate/deactivate with the remote only...and they just flat out tell me that it can't be done every single time. Then they keep telling me that they don't have an "oil and filter" only change, but only a $150 "oil service". Needless to say, I'm still searching for a good independent shop for "in-between" oil changes as well as future out-of-warranty works. Any recommendation for a good indy shop in OC?
