When I ordered my E70 with the M package I opted to leave out the sports suspension as I had heard it made for a very harsh ride. Now I am reading some other posts and it seems that if you have sports suspension you also get a button to switch between sport and normal.

Could be that I am totally confused but :
a) is the sport suspension really uncomfortable ?
b) am I right in assuming you can switch it on and off ?

Will chase it up with my dealer as well but would appreciate anybody sharing their experience.
