Thanks, thats me re-assured.
I still think however the car rev beyonds its peak power output @ 6500 and the change etc would be smoother at 6000rpm. I think the actual acceleration would be faster with a change @ 6000rpm.
I'll just have to get hand wrists active and manually change @ 6000rpm but @ least I know the gear box is working (for now anyway)
